He has obtained his Masters’ Degree in “Asset and Property Management” at the Polytechnics University Institute of Milano, “Best” Dept.
During year 2002 he has cooperated with the Polytechnics University Institute of Milano as expert and lecturer for Asset and Property Management courses.
During the period 2001-2003 he has cooperated with the Polytechnics University Institute of Milano and with “Il Sole 24 Ore” for the drafting, editing and publication of technical property and facility management handbooks: “Property e Facility Management”.
Since 2003 he is Senior Property and Facility Manager responsible for real estate asset portfolios of Arcotecnica Real Estate S.r.l. located in the Central and Southern part of Italy on behalf of both national and international investors.
He is specialized in the in the technical and administrative/legal management of the real estate portfolios managed by Arcotecnica Real Estate S.r.l.
He has monitored and supervised various requalification and refurbishment projects on behalf of various national and international investors.
He has also led numerous start-ups of new managements for many assets and complex real estate portfolios for both national and international investment funds.
