Experience
Since 1990 he has covered the position of Head responsible for the technical and administrative management of property portfolios, national and international investment funds, business districts, retail units, logistics complexes, acting on behalf of Italian and international investors following the phases of acquisition, value improvement and alienation processes interesting the assets managed.
He has completed Technical Due Diligences and specific studies, such as the drafting of various rules and regulations documents for the management of numerous types of assets, as well as maintenance programs, evaluations and specific building management instruction procedures.
He has coordinated and supervised the design and the direction of works, as well as the Project Management of civil and industrial buildings on behalf of both Italian and international investors.
He has lectured for several Congress Meetings concerning the financial and managerial aspects of real estate Property and Facility Management.
Since 1981 until today – Employed by Gruppo Arcotecnica.
